Now honestly, I am some kind of feminist.
But what if feminism left the whole system totally messed up.
Before women were beta, receptive, almost supine and wanted to be carried off and provided for by rich, alpha males.
Now women want to be alpha as well, do it all, have a career and kids and have a beta male who accepts all this without argument, but is still alpha enough to attract her and be worthy intellectually, socially and sexually of such an amazing superwoman.
What if feminism made everyone so confused about their gender roles that the human race went extinct through lack of sex!
It wouldn't be the only meme to threaten the race, which at least demonstrates that a meme is capable of doing so. Arguably, the clash of the memes of rampant capitalism / the American Dream vs. Soviet communist expansionism has already brought the planet to the brink of armageddon. Now violent, suicidal, political Islam threatens (or at least tries to threaten) the entire modern world with reversion to the values of over a thousand years ago.
